Palermo weekend

I had a fantastically relaxing few days in Palermo, Sicily...weather was ok but not so lovely I had to spend all my days lazing by the pool and I did get out and about with my camera.

First hick-up of the holiday was that at the last minute I decided to take the Olympus OMD, but failed to check which lens was on it, it was the Macro...hmmmm...grrrrr...so basically it only got used in the Botanical Gardens.

Most of my images therefore were taken with the Panasonic Lumix compact camera...which in fairness is much more discreet when taking street photography.... below are a few examples;
